Help! I made too many ginger snaps! 😆 I always forget that this recipe yields SO. MANY. COOKIES. When a quick, “I think I’ll make a batch of ginger snaps” turns into a 3 hour ordeal because the dough seemingly multiplies with each new batch put in the oven. 😳 So we might be eating ginger snaps with every meal for a while. 💁🏻‍♀️😋

Our first week of homeschool was very much a success. Our new math curriculum has not only been tear free, but has been one of the kids’ favorite subjects! 🙌 We’ll learn all about Mary Cassatt this term, we start a new read aloud (Stuart Little), just a few days of Spanish has been a hit, and the kids are enthralled with A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The house has been an absolute disaster by the time we’re finished, but that’s to be expected after a full morning doing school with two little ones playing/learning alongside of us. Dustin hung up the printers tray that I found a few days ago and we added a few treasures to the little spaces. I’m trying to decide what to add to the wall right below, between the printers tray and small kids table. Maybe a small shelf or some kind of basket to hold crayons? Or a paper roll dispenser? 🤔Any ideas?
