Help! I made too many ginger snaps! 😆 I always forget that this recipe yields SO. MANY. COOKIES. When a quick, “I think I’ll make a batch of ginger snaps” turns into a 3 hour ordeal because the dough seemingly multiplies with each new batch put in the oven. 😳 So we might be eating ginger snaps with every meal for a while. 💁🏻♀️😋
